Default is my tank overstocked?

just wondering if im overstocked... let me know what you guys think...

29g planted, fluval 205
10x giant danio
spotted raphael cat
striped raphael cat
2x chinese algae eater
1 male convict cichlid

i do 50% weekly water changes religiously every wednesday

i can remove the striped raph, 3 danios, and a cae if u guys think its overstocked

Yep. I'd say so.

The common opinion is that the Chinese algae eater will get very nasty when older. may want to keep an eye on that.

i would take out both of those algea eaters and 4 of those danios

otherwise it sounds ok

You are at the limit. Make sure you have good filtration and aeriation. 50 % water changes every week isn't required, 20% every week is good.

I would suggest removing the Chinese Algae eaters first. They can grow up to 11 inches long. Also the spotted raphael and the striped raphael will grow up to 5 and 7.5 inches, respectively. Convicts are very aggressive and your male may kill some of the giant danios.
