I don't think they're creepy at all! They're cute!

I guess if they went all pale I'd think they had died, but they look cute in the picture.

yes, theyre rafael striped catfish, the very first time i saw them very pale to the point you couldnt see the stripes i thought they were dead, but they were just sleeping

lol

this reminds me of the first time I saw my Bristlenose Pleco sleeping... under a log... on his back... I FREEKED! I though he had died, and I looked closer for a few more seconds and realized he was still breathing. I tapped the tank and then HE freeked out and darted away and hid somewhere else... then I felt bad for waking him, lol

I have people come up to me every day in my store and tell me my loaches are laying dead on the bottom of the tanks.
