I have a 10 gallon tank with 1 gourami, 1 dojo loach, and 6 zebra dinos. Also has 2 live plants hornwort and something else. I want to put another hornwort and some floaters in it. But the main question is I would like to add 4 or 5 tiger barbs to the tank is that to much or am i ok to add them? Any help is thanked.

I would think that would be pushing it for a 10G tank.

Tiger barbs would grow to big for a 10 anyway, they would do better in at least a 20. I also agree with above. Tank is full enough.

You can always overstock a little as long as you are watching nitrate levels and performing weekly water changes.
