Default Metal faucet adapter

I purchased one of those aquarion python hose gravel vacuums a couple weeks back, and I've already managed to blow out the plastic faucet adapter. (The pressure just pushes the plastic adapter apart.)

I need to replace with metal. This piece has the fine kitchen faucet threads on one side, to standard garden hose threads on the other side. (The org is two pieces for some reason, faucet male - faucet male, faucet female - garden hose male.)

I'm searching the www right now. Looking for a solution.

I would just head up to Lowes. Take the aerator you had to remove so you can match the threads.

Thank you. Looks like this will be an easy fix. Although those folks at ACE are starting to think I'm a quack.

You want to put potting soil in a fish tank?
Egg crate/ light diffuser for what?
Super CFL for huh?

Got mine at Home Depot years ago so, any store like that should have one. If not have the LFS order them...

A few of the thrift stores around here have plumbing and tool sections, I have found a lot of useful stuff in these places! Even found a complete 20 Gal? Aquael hex for $25.00.Can't figure out how the filter is suppose to work though. substituted a whisper i40 til I can locate a manual.

I love the look I get when I tell someone that I'm going to feed the Zucchini I’m buying to my fish. And then I tell them that the fish like their Zucchini with Garlic. I'll smile all day after that.
