This may be a silly question....
Hello all ..
Soo, Im thinking about getting a little desk top tank for my office. Im not sure if there are anything a little bigger then a 5gl,. If not, what is the best fish to really put in a 5gl? I realize I cant have the type of fish I have at home because the tank so small. I was just curious. I need something to liven up my office. Maybe knock down some of the stress ;-) Im sure this question has been asked a million times but I dunno lol

a few neons or perhaps platys. or a male betta my .02

fw leiden since 1979, fo salt since 1979, mixed reef 55g 2002-2009. Strong emphasis on the tank taking care of itself. Balanced with plant life, no water changes, tap water, no filters in FW. A betta is the perfect choice.He would be happy to have five gallons,and live plants would be great for him too.plus they are very personable,and seem to enjoy attention.All mine do anyhow.

Lol, everyone already said it. I was going to suggest a few live plants, a male or female betta (just 1), then a few small shrimp (RCS or Ammano), and maybe 1 Zebra Nerite snail.
