Hello there,
I have been doing a little research and seen where feeding live food such as brine shrimp and grindal worms are beneficial for helping your livebearers and overall health. My question is which route should I go? #1 Grindal worm culture (Raising my own worms for feeding 2-3 times a week) #2 Kensfish.com Freeze dried brine shrimp (I really dont have the time to hatch brine shrimp every day as I hear they can be difficult to keep alive. #3 Brine shrimp decap unhatcable eggs. #4 just stick with the high quality tropical & shrimp flake from KensFish Keep in mind this would be for my comminity tank as well as my guppy and Platy breeders. Thanks!

With kens foods I would say go with the flakes and maybe add grindles as a treat or the decaps. Livebearers need more veggie matter than meat so use that sparingly. You could also try earthworm flakes once a week.

I use Ken's Guppy flake for all my livebearers. I also feed frozen brine, and frozen baby brine shrimp 1-2 times a week. And try to get greens peas once a week also.
