Hi, New here I haven't had a tank in about 20 yrs and just got the bug again. I'm doing a 29 gl planted tank. I just started the cycling process. I used the Activ Floria planted substrace. I bought it as that was all they had available for planted aquariums. I didn't buy it for the instant cycling they claim. Do this actually work I somehow find it hard to believe?
Right now I have 4 Serpae Tetra's ( will add 2 ) and 2 Albino Cory's ( should I add a couple more?) I will definatly be adding 8 Rummynose Tetra's and like to add 2 Dwarf Gourami. I could be talked out of the Gourami's if need be. I would like to add either some Hatchets or some Cherry Barbs. But I kind of think I'm close to capacity without adding either of these? Thanks in advance

You need to add one more cory. If you add the guoramis you will be over stocked in my opinion. And the other fish should be left out.

So 3 corys and leave it at 6 Serpae and 8 rummynose and I'm at capicity? If I leave out the Gourami's I still won't have room for some hatchet's or Cherry barbs?

You could probably add 3 or 4 of one or the others, but you will be pushing the limits on the size of tank.
