I need ideas for a filter for my new 150 gallon setup
Hi all I just got a good deal on craigslist on a 150 gallon tank and i'm in the process of building a stand for it. The tank is 48x24x30 tall. Some suggestions would be great on a filter setup that I want to build myself. This is going to be my tank for discus, as I have a 90 gallon community now.

For a 150 you'll almost definitely need a big sump. I would say 30-55 gallons. It's easiest if you buy another tank and drill that tank, etc., but you can also fabricate your own using plexiglass or acrylic
