She has placed her eggs in gravel, I am wondering if i should leave them there, cross my fingers, and hope for survival. I heard that i shouldn't bother them but i have a 20 gal with a POWER FILTER. A big problem. Any advice?

Yeah the power filter will almost undoubtedly do them in, even a sponge filter would. When I was trying to raise mine I had them in a 10G with only an air pump, never got a chance to try though because I had an Ich outbreak and had to utilize the 10g for quarantine.
Also it's important to note that most species of Ghosties need salt water to survive while they're in the fry stage, so that's a bummer. They can be pretty difficult to successfully raise but best of luck!

Lol, Rohkey beat me to it!
I've heard there are 3 types of Ghost Shrimp and 2 of them need brackish/salt water for the eggs to hatch - so you'd have to use a syringe to suck up the eggs and put them in a hatch tank with the right salinity. Or, you could be lucky and have the kind that will hatch in fresh water. If you're worried about them getting sucked up the filter, you could use a pre-sponge on the intake, or put a piece of nylon stocking over the intake.

If you want to see shrimp breed consider red cherry shrimp, they are much easier and are a pretty color. Most people don't think it's worth the effort do breed ghost shrimp as it's not very easy and ghost shrimp don't sell for much, not to say it won't be fun to try.
This might help: Breeding ghost shrimp(Palaeomonetes patulous) - FishForums.com I agree that if the eggs were dropped before hatching they probably were not good but they will likely produce more eggs soon. |

If you wanted to try other types of dwarf shrimp I'd get the ghost shrimp out first. Adult Ghost Shrimp will eat babies of other types of shrimp.
