Default Forgot while draining tank

Okay I am sorry if this has been covered, but im in a HUGE rush and cant research to much. Basically I have been doing frequent water changes because All of my Bala sharks 4 in total have bloody fins. They live for a few months then all die at once. I have a semi aggressive tank with a pleco angelfish guppies molly's a gromie a leaf fish etc. I accidentally drained my tank 65 gallons to about 2 inches of standing water. I hurried up and re filled it, and then put the chemicals in it. My question is what should I do to make sure more fish dont die. If there is anything.... All of my wather is in check except for hardness we have really hard water here, and my Nitrates are 1ppm

Did you add prime or something simlar, it should detoxify nitrates, nitrities, and amonia.

Ya I got the everything down. Nitrate is at 0, Nitrites are at o, Ammonia is between 0-.25, and the PH is between 7.4-7.6

The ammonia is your biggest problem now. It should be at 0ppm, NitrItes should be at 0ppm (you're fine there) and every tank will have NitrAtes, and that's fine just as long as they are below 40ppm.

If you drained your tank to 2 inches of water and refilled it, there should be NO ammonia! Really, you've put all new water in the tank, so where is the .25ppm coming from?

You should have put the conditioner before you filled. Waiting till it fills will give them chlorine and chloramine burns which can be just as bad.

How long has the tank been set up as it looks like your still cycling.

The .25ppm comes from not being fully able to tell the color in the vile. Im sure its actually at 0. Before the issue I just had, the tank has been set up for a few months about 4-5 to make it more precise.
