Talking Florescent Light 4months old DULL? NEED HELP!
I purchased my tank brand new a deluxe set up...the tank and light are approx 4months old...light is dull very dull...it is florescent...I cleaned the hood light cover thinking it could be it...but the light is still very very dull you can barely tell it is on and my water is a very light purple tent strange very strange...please help! also for those of you who are creative any suggestions on how to decorate a 56 gallon column tank? Mine will be coming in sometime next week on the truck would love suggestions Also to all of you who have helped me in the past thanks so much!

Check to see what type; of light it is. I would replace it and get one of the more brighter spectrum lights. 6500K or 6700K light up a tank really good.
