so several months ago, i found a pair of earthworms. i put one in each of my tanks as a treat for my fish. in my 20 gal, i just found the sole surviving earthworm. i went to remove my air stone b/c my fish seem more relaxed without it on, and right next to it was this worm's end sticking out. i pulled it up and it started wriggling around. i dropped it back in the water and it is now moving along the sand with a very curious perch trailing stealthily behind.

Earthworms can't live underwater, I think it must be a different type of worm, unless it had a place to live out of the water.

The water is well oxygenated and i highly doubt it is anything but. I thought it was amazing when i saw it the other day. Havent seen it since but also havent looked. Maybe i'll find it next week when i change the water.
