Unhappy Dead Fish.

So much for the 2 plecos that I put into my tank over the weekend. They both died! :(

LOL.... Don't feel bad, if a person could be charged with murder, I'd have about 10 charges pending right now..... I way overstocked a new tank about 2 months ago not knowing anything about the cycling of a tank or anything, I just thought get the tank, fill it up, decorate it and buy all kinds of pretty little fishies to put in it.

I've only got two fish left out of that whole bunch (a zebra danio and a glowlight tetra), and I swear they are bullet proof. Once I learned about cycling a tank, they survived two weeks worth of massively high levels of ammonia, now I'm into nearly a week of massively high nitrites and they meet me at the front of the tank daily wanting food....

I just cleaned my tank of all the overgrown plants and crap. I found what I think is the left overs of a Zebra Danio in one of the plant masses. There was nothing left but a backbone and a Dorsal fin.

Not sure, they seemed very happy eating all the algae in the tank, come home from work and they were stuck to the filter inlet. All the other fish are swimming around fine. 2 days ago I vaccumed the gravel out and did a water change, they were in a few days before that. Maybe the water change had some thing to do with it.
