crystal red shrimp with mollies

so i have two tanks one 10 gallon with crystal red shrimps and one with black mollies, now my question is can i move the crystal red shrimps in to the tank with the mollies? will they be stressed? will they keep breeding and will the baby shrimps survive if i got a lot of plants and moss?

Re: crystal red shrimp with mollies

I have red cherries in with heteromorpha rasboras, and they're propagating just fine. I'd say with plenty of hiding spots (think moss) you'll be just fine.

ClearForLife 10G Acrylic, 4 HET rasboras, ~80 RCS, various snails. Ludwigia repens, various moss. Eheim 2211 Canister, 50W heater, Finnex FugeRay Planted+ 17W LED.

Re: crystal red shrimp with mollies

Just be warned, the mollies might try to snack on the baby shrimp (and possibly the adults, too). Shrimp are the bottom of the food chain, and if it fits, it's food.
