Cleaning a 55 gallon used tank
I can't get all the gravel out. It's stuck in the corners. I'm also having problems cleaning the algea off because I have no where to dump the tank afterwards. Any tips or tricks?
This is going to be a river tank with a turtle. So excited! Back to scrubbing for me. |

Try doing it in the bathtub. Make sure you cushion the tank with 3 or 4 towels. Stand the tank on end and go at it. That's how I do it. I have one of those shower heads on a hose. Also works great for washing the dog.

In the driveway with a hose and a scrub brush. I put down 2x 4' 2x4's for it to lay on and tilt on to keep anything from touching the glass.
