Default cherry barb shaking head

hey guys, one of my cherry barbs is shaking her head left and right super fast, I dunno if theres a "sickness" section on this forum, so sorry if in wrong section...I read it might be flukes, but im not sure...she's constantly hiding, and i only found her out by lifting a hiding spot...she's usually quite active...any help on what it is and what to do?

Is she rubbing against plants, the decor or gravel? If it seems she's itchy, it could be the start of Ick. (Have you noticed any tiny white spots? Kind of like she was sprinkled with salt?)

I don't know much about gill flukes, so you could be right. I just instantly thought she maybe itchy since she was wagging her head.
