I have got ten of them in my 65 gal. They are a delightful schooling fish in a large tank with lots of room for them to dash all at once from one end to the other. If you keep them in a large group, at least 5, they will spend their time amongst themselves. Buenos Aires tetras are good feeders who will get along fine on Tetra-min flake food and plenty of it. I have never known Buenos Aires tetras to be nippers.
