Removed 30 lbs of lace rock, 10 lbs of driftwood, and all of the fish from my 29 gallon yesterday in preparation for decommissioning for a move. Left my African Dwarf Frogs and most of my plants in there because I don't want to part with them but my 10 gallon is at critical mass for bottom dwellers (MTS, RCS, and a zebra nerite snail) and I'm not about to put two ADF's in a 1.5 gallon. As a side note, I'm currently quarantining 6 galaxy rasboras - 3 in the 1.5 gallon, 3 in the 29 gallon.
Last night I came home from the girlfriend's place and my ADFs were going nuts! They were croaking up a storm, zipping around the tank, and getting in pissing matches with each other. Not sure that the galaxy rasboras quite knew what to do with themselves. It was awesome to watch the ADF's in the LED moonlight, I sat by the tank and watched for 15 minutes! Anybody have any similar experiences? From now on, my tanks aren't going to be very crowded with structures, haha.

I've never seen mine do that! They love hiding until the evening, lol.
Where are you going to put them when you take the tank down? I think the 55g will be too high for them to get air.

That's what I thought about my 29 XH - it's the same height as a 55. We shall see...might give them to the girlfriend. Her daughter loves crazy aquarium critters like frogs.
