Default Agressive fish?

Hello every one its been awhile since i have posted. mainly because everything has been fine. partly because of new job. any wayive been seenig little bits of fin missing on my little silver dollar.. then it started getting bad, the little silver dollars tail is almost completly gone and some of his top fin and bottom fin are gone too, then i started seeing it on my big silver dollar mainly on his tail and a little on the top and bottom fin, the mid sized silver dollar doesnt really seem to have any marks mabey a little on the bottom fin but none on tail or top. and i have seen one little spot on my dragon gobys top spine thing in the middle of his back and a little spot on his right front fin. i used to see the gourmie chase the silver dollars a little bit but i stopped seeing it for awhile and since i started work 3rd shift i see them for a little when i get home in the morning and a little before i go to work. i feed them both times. but i was wondering if you would think that it is the gourmie messing with my fish or mabey somthing else? the pictus cats are fine and dont bother any one and the lace cats hide all the time and the pleco is just nice. but if it is the gourmie i should get rid of him right? thanks in advance for any help any thoughts or opinons help

If you have not seen any aggressive behaviour I do not think it is that. I just finished treating my tank for fin rot and that sounds like that is what is wrong. You should do a water change, and I suggest treat with melafix. Melafix is a natural medication so if you have to you can treat it in the tank (unless you have scaleless fish, or maybe shrimp.) As well if it is nipping you should maybe try to give the nipper or nippers away, you can use a divider until then.
