Default 55 gallon oscar and parrot tank

got plants from walmart and removed all the wires from the plants cheaper than aquatic plants if they look bad i can remove them just trying something new open to suggestions thanks.

Well it looks good for now. But do you have adequate filtration? Most of the time an Oscar needs 55 as a bare minimum.

its a 55 gallon tank with canister filter and a wisper 55 gallon over the back filter it was a little cloudy because just cleaned and added all the decorations about a hour before picture was taken

Just be warned there is a good chance you will need to upgrade to at least a 75g. Oscars can easily reach 14", and as the typical 55g is just under 12" wide, it could cause problems. I upgraded to a 125g for my oscar, silver dollars, and pleco. Sold that tank years ago unfortunately, and God do I miss it... As well as that Oscar. Would let me pet him and feed him from my hand in the water..
