I have stocked my tank with 6 cardinal tetras, 3 albino cory catfish and 1 dwarf gourami.
Do I have room for anything else? If so, any suggestions? Thanks |

Welcome to the forum. Those aren't big fish, but what size tank are they in? If they're in a 10G then you could add a few more Cardinals, or another Cory. If the tank is bigger then you have more options. Is the tank cycled?

What sort of filter? Is it a planted tank? You could try 3 small loaches like the zebra or yoyo, or you could do some more middle schooling fish

I have a 29G that has 2 Angelfish, 4 Albino Corys, 7 Neons, 4 Glowlight Tetras, 2 Balloon Bellies, 1 Mollie, 3 Blue Platys, and 1 Sunburst Platy. I run 3 power filters, and do weekly water changes. My parameters are good, and I haven't had any deaths or diseases.

I would add 2 more Corys and 1-3 more Cardinals (odd numbers seem to do best).
Then you could go with maybe another schooling fish like Harlequin Rasboras (maybe 7-9) . That way, you'll have the Corys on the bottom, the gourami at the top/middle and the rasboras/cards in the top/middle.

If it were me, I wouldn't add more than 5-6 medium sized (less than 1.5") fish to your tank. Taking your tank to it's stocking limit should not be your goal. If you have had no issues with any of your tank/fish, go moderate and it will remain that way. Push it and one little mistake can cause you to loose it all. JMO. |

Sorry! Just went back and re-read the original post! I thought you said it was a 39g - lol!!! Never mind my first post! Maybe just add 1 more Cardinal and 1-2 more of the albino corys, then I'd think you'd be fine.
