Brand new Little Giant External Pump
Little Giant 4-MDQX-SC lists for $250. Selling for around $200.
1400 GPH at 1 foot and 1225 at 3 feet. I got a good deal and am willing to pass on the savings to you. Make a reasonable offer. Actual shipping costs paid by buyer, no profit for me by charging more than it costs to ship it to you.

Lots of snails and crabs. Deep Sand Bed and 75 Lbs of Live Rock (how do I know the weight of the rock? I used the SWAG system. If you don't know what that is PM me and I will explain)
