Default Testing shocking ignorant method

In this thread:

I think he know's Nothing about saltwater tank

A shocking ignorant method was discussed.

But then I can't see that at work.

So I was thinking I could setup a simple 1g test jar to test those methods.

But with my change of having macro algaes in the jar right from the start.

So if that sounds interesting could someone list the offending methods?

just an idea

worth .02 at most.

The biggest issue I saw was "popping" a tank using live stock which works but given current available techniques these days is unnecessarily cruel and inhumane to the Damsel or "any fish of your choosing" as he eloquently put it. The fact that they seem to see no problem with the fish dying in the process and suggested waiting a few days or couple weeks (dont remeber which) and adding "another fish of your choosing", really shows a lack of husbandry skills and respect for the critters we are trying to keep. I think its safe to say this is what by far tweaked many here.

It had some other issues with what was listed but different things work for different people and no two tanks are a like. I just wouldnt have done things that way.
