Default Do my water conditions pass?

Alright so I have been running my tank for a week and tested it the other day using my neat little master testing kit and here is what i have...

Temp: 73*
Specific Gravity: 1.024
Salinity: 32
PH: 8.0
Ammonia: 1.0
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 5.0 ppm

So how would you rate my water quality? Is there anything I need to do or am I ready to add fish? Also I have yet to do a water change but am thinking of doing one this Sunday (20%).

Your tank has just started cycling so add only very tough fish. Damsels or saltwater mollies would be good. After a couple of weeks you could add a small Hermit Crab. Add less than 1 fish per 5 gallons. Your temperature is a little low for most Coral Reef fish, 78-80 is better. Feed lightl for the next few weeks.

Answers in red. Also, you should test for Phosphates, this will give you a heads up when or if the algae starts growing all over. Your tank is in a cycle and usually takes 4-6 week, depending on how much Live Rock you have and wether it was fully cured.

Thanks a lot guys! I really do appreciate it :D Well I did place 2 clown fish in a couple days ago to get it cycling and just added 5 nassarius snails (I think that's how you spell it) in today. One of the clowns swims all day in my filter stream while the other just lays on the bottom of the tank for whatever reason :( he did however start swimming as soon as I placed him into the stream and then when I made the stream go across the tank instead of straight down he just began laying at the bottom of the tank again...is he sick or just adjusting to the new tank?

Thank all and have a great day :D

To tough to call that one. Hopefully getting those numbers down will help him out. The ammonia in the water burns their gills.
