Default Question about substrate

Posted this in the general section but realized I should have probably posted this in here. Ok, so as many of you might know petco had there 72 hour summer sale thing so I thought it would be a good idea to buy 5 20lbs bags of CaribSea Eco Complete substrate. My question is im going to start landscaping my 55g tank with live plants and was wondering if this substrate would be ok for my fish. I will be moving my rainbow shark, common pleco, and 7tiger barbs into this tank and was wondering if this substrate with lots of live plants would be ok for the fishes. Thanks for any replies.

I have that as my main substrate in my 55 planted, and my fish have been doing fine.
