Default Pleasant surprise!

So I have a few java fern, some narrow leaf and some not. I got the majority of them on sale as 50% off plants in those little plastic tubes at PetSmart. All of them were yellowed and I figured hey why not? So I bought em and nursed em back to health, well in the process of moving a few decorations one of my ferns had a leaf torn out.

So I let the leaf float about the tank, hearing that sometimes if they float new plants will grow from them. Well the leaf disappeared and I couldn't find it anywhere. So I moved the filter and to my surprise the leaf was lodged behind it with 7(!) little java ferns attached. I am ecstatic!

I have a Java Lace Fern that has about twenty little mini-me's growing off the ends of the plants. It is starting to look like the end scene of Little Shop of Horrors.

Excellant!!
I am looking to start growing my own plants in a small tank and selling them to my local shop. A way of funding by hobby you could say.

That is a great idea. I wonder if any of the place around me would buy some.
