I would say that is Liriope, a ground cover plant that thrives in nearly all conditions, including submersion in water. It isn't toxic that I know of, but it isn't really an aquarium plant.

It doesn't look like an aquarium plant to me, but the pic is a really poor one to be sure.

Thanks for the responses. I would agree that it looks like Liriope. Figures, I had bought it from PetsMart when I was just starting my first aquarium and didn't know what I was doing. Guess thats what happens when ya go to a chain store...

I agree hard to tell by the pics.It looks like my chain swords,except its a bit dark.
Unless its algae infested but again hard to tell.
