I'm not sure how effective the Marineland LEDs are. Is there any way you could get your hands on a light meter? I can loan you my Lux meter, albeit it's not as effective as a PAR meter (different units of measurement). If your LEDs aren't that effective, I would suggest a T5HO light fixture. It's the best bang for your buck. Alternatively, you could do a DIY fixture using SHO pendants from Home Depot. They're really cool.
