Default how to add more lighting to current setup

So I have a planted 20 gallon tank with 15 watts of light. I would like to add more lighting but there doesn't seem to be any lighting strips that have more than 1 bulb that fit my tank. The only thing I've been able to grow is anubias which is growing like crazy and a crypt Lutea which hasn't grown in the last 3 months. It basically sits there. Any suggestions? I'm also trying to keep this cost friendly.
Thanks

What type of light socket is it? Screw-in type, maybe?

on a 20g long I used clip on round reflectors and spiral bulbs setting on 1/4" plastic grid lighting diffuser (egg crate).

You might start with that idea and modify your existing hood or you setup to see what you can come up with.
