Default CO2 help needed

I don't even know where to start. I'm thinking DIY because I dont have a ton of money to spend, I'm starting the whole tank from scratch. Could someone help me with exactly what I need?

What size is your tank, what lighting do you have and what plants are you keeping?

DIY CO2 will probably give you about 1 bubble per second unless you hook up 2+ bottles at once. Try buying a paintball CO2 cylinder since they are a lot cheaper than aquarium CO2 cylinders and buy a regulator at home depot that matches the cylinder. Then attach a tube and an air stone. Voila
