So why did you choose your username?

Mine is because when I started the marine hobby I lived on the atlantic and started reefing so it fit together.

when i first started signing up for forums they were all Mustang forums and i was 14 so my dad came up with Mustang Boy and i now use it for everything

MediaHound was a moniker adorned upon myself by a good friend of mine when we were teenagers.
I think it was because I had the biggest music collection at the time out of all of our other friends.
Being into music, my love of aquariums, having a green thumb, and being a collector of many other different things it makes perfect sense x 10... and my online interests that involve "publishing" and "eyeballs" (media in that sense of the word) (such as this website), it goes very hand in hand with.
So, the name fits me in several regards. It wraps up a lot of things that I have interests in and is versatile to be appropriate for just about all of them!
Don't worry, your filter media is safe!

I am very heavy into archery and the first forum I went on archer was taken and it gave me the numbers as an option so it kind of stuck. I was on the board of directors in a club here, was an instructor for the local 4-H and build my own bows and arrows.

In his later years, my father used an electronic gadget called a fish finder to help him locate schools of fish. He was an avid Salmon fisherman his entire life. I spent many wonderful hours with him trying to catch fish. I managed to catch an 8 inch salmon once ... lol. The name reminds me of Dad and seemed appropriate for this forum.
