Default Krylon Fusion drying time?

What is the drying time for Kylon Fusion spray paint?
I am getting ready to paint my DIY overflow and after reading the back of the can I am even more confused about how long I should let the paint dry before placing the overflow into my tank.
It says verbatim "dries to touch in 15 minutes or less. Handle after 1 hour. Apply additional coats before 24 hours or after 7 days".
How long should I wait before I put the overflow into my tank and consider it safe for my fish?

48 hours minimum. With this type of thing you are always looking for "cure time" not dry time.

It's been at least 4 days since I have even touched it so I am sure it should be good by now. Thanks.
