Default Dentist office aquariums

Has anyone else ever noticed how extremely awesome some dentist aquariums are? I was at the dentist today and they have an epic tank. Swordtails, Gouda is, angelfish, a pleco. And it was HUGE! So anyone have any stories about their dentist's aquarium?
