Betta WIP

Thought I would ask opinions on this.Keep in mind its not done yet.I am wanting to do a compilation of several species of wild bettas as well as some other fishes to sell.

The female is not quite done yet.I will be placing some plants and such to bring it all together.Some native species i think will do good.

Please,let me know what you think.

I likes it a lot! It will look really cool with all the plants in and everything!

(You should do a collage of all the different betta species in amongst plants... that would rooooock!)

LOL,thanks Holly!I want to do more pieces like this,of the different wild types.I started with the macs as i look at them daily and think I can get them pretty accurate.I want to add some fry in the plant leaves,and possibly some of the native fish from the area in the background as well.

Does the water and sand look ok?I was thinking of adding little pebbles close to the plant and fixing it where it was more realistic.

Looks great. I think some pebbles would work real well.

Thanks!I will add some pebbles to it later.I think I want to redo the plant too,its bugging me,as well as the ladies stripes.They are wrong.

Fixed the females stripes,the pectoral fins and the caudal of the male.Also added a barclaya longefolia,another native plant I have the pleasure of owning.Also rocks added.

Now need to fix the females caudal and I think I have her body too long,needs to be shortened.

And that rotala still bothers me,lol.
