Default Red clawed crabs.

I'm thinking about getting some red clawed crabs but first I need to know a few things.
1.) How do you make brackish water is there a certain amount of salt you need to put in?
2.) do you need to put a filter in the water part of the habitat or can you just put in water and change it every once in a while and if so how often do I change it?
3.) can you give them feeder guppies for them to catch as treats or will they not eat them?

any other tips would help to thanks!!
