Unhappy our flowerhorn is sick - pls help

Hello, am not a fish expert but we got a tank w/ 1 flowerhorn in it, I think that the fish is a female, cause it has laid eggs 2x already, but we now face a problem as her tube has sort of come out and turned all red.
Our pet has been with us for a year now and we treasure her and would not want her to get sick and eventually lose her, so please if you have any advice, let me know.
Thanks.

Might want to post this in Fish Disease section:
Flower Horn Fish or Hua Luo Han cichlid Profile, with care, maintenance requirements and breeding information for your tropical fish

Post here, you will get a faster response.
