Hi, I'm new to this forum. I decided to get back into fish keeping after several years of being away. I need to learn how to do things from the beginning as I've forgotten the basics of water management, etc. (hence why I am here).

I look forward to learning all I can.

welcome to the forum glad your getting back into the swing of things.if you have any questions please come here and ask,even in the chat people have loads of helpful info,all we ask is to keep an open mind.

on another note what kinda fish tank[s] do you have or have had?i have a 10gal planted my self.

Thanks for the welcome! I have had fresh water tanks rangiing in size from 5 gallons up to 125 gallons both planted and non planted. I have a 29 gallon tank that I am going to start with this time. I don't know whether or not it will be planted and I have no idea what I will stock it with. I've got to read up on filtration and everything else as I am sure it has changed quite a bit.

your quiet welcome it hasnt changed too much i wouldn't think but of course i ddint read the back then stuff.but i know theres underground filters and hang on back filters.i have a HOB(hang on back) filter.theres also a whole bunch of other stuff too.good luck
