Exclamation where should it be classified?

hey I recently got a tetra and I have some question? and there's no tetra thingy. where should I put mine?

If you want to know about breeding habits, and since the black skirt lays eggs the best place to put your question would be in the Breeding Freshwater Fish and Inverts section.
