I know im not the first person to have issues with uploading and with the extremely user friendly "Upload tutorial" one would think it would be easy. I don't know if its because of the file size or my internet connection or what exactly but I have NEVER been able to upload a picture to the forum. Back when I first registered here I tried putting up pics of my tank but I would locate the file I wanted to upload, tag it and provide the necessary info then hit "Upload/Submit" and there my page sat loading saying "Processing upload... Please wait" and that's as far as the process ever got. Ive left it on that screen literally for hours to upload (which is crazy to upload one picture on high speed) and eventually it just refreshes itself back too the "Aquarium Gallery Image Upload" page. After a few weeks of trying off and on to get it to work I made no progress so I gave up and reverted to skimming through all the topics and keeping a weekly eye on topics and reading the DIY sections plenty. I just recently finished my own DIY conversion of a hood to LED lighting for a non planted tank costing less than 20 bucks using household items and it was very simplistic but yet again I have tried over and over to upload pictures and I still cannot come up with a solution which is frustrating because I was looking forward to some input on my project and a project post is pointless without pictures. I have uploaded pictures using e-mail and other web pages before, I just don't understand why it's not working.. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

It usually has something to do with size of pic. I'll pass this on to admin though.

And for the time being you could use Photobucket or IMGUR temporarily.

I totally agree. It's not easy to upload pics. Once they're in, it's even harder to use the pics in a post. Always have to go back and find that upload picture tutorial thread. If the process was easier I might actually enjoy posting pictures of my tanks..

It's easier to use photobucket, its free and easy to put pics on forum threads.
