Default Unable to search for ph

I've tried searching for the term 'ph', but can't because it isn't at least 3 letters long. Its a common topic so it would be nice if you can make the term searchable. Any possibility of that?

pH is the relative acidity/alkalinity of tank water when discussing aquariums. above 7.0 is alkaline. below 7.0 is acidic 7.0 neutral

Thank you for your response, but I wanted to find posts about the subject so I could look up ph test kits, and the proper ph for Tanganyikan cichlids. Right now, posts just sort of get lost. I know what ph is, just wanted to find some past posts.

Tanganyikan cichlids do best with a PH of 7.8 to 8.8 so i would try and keep it around 8.2 to 8.4..

Hmm strange. PH was already in the list of words to be included despite the character length.
Let me see why that is not working...

I think perhaps this new server has a different setting in MySQL at the server level. Give me a little bit of time to fix this, ok?

In the meantime, you can always use the "site search" advanced search method with Google. For example:
site:aquariumforum.com ph Tanganyikan - Google Search

For now you could include a wildcard asterisk, i.e. ph*

It will probably give you a few more results to sort through, but it's a workaround for now.

This has been resolved, thanks for your patience.
Please let me know if at any time it does not seem to work properly again. Different servers this site may reside at as the years go by will behave differently.
Thank you!

Here's a good basic (no pun intended) discussion of the subject

Acids, Bases and pH

Note- be sure to spell it pH (cap H).
