Moderator-very special position. prove yourself very loyal to the site, knowledgable, helpful, kind, and considerate to other members. even than, not a gaurantee you'll be a moderator. it depends on how much members areon the forum and how well the current moderators are working.

I'm so sorry I haven't been on the forum in so long! Don't worry, I haven't forgotten this lovely website! I moved to a different county back in May 2011 and started high school in a totally different school district. So I'm still adjusting and studying hard, and don't presently have any aquariums. But once I do, I'll be right back on this forum! |

Hi Josh, thanks for stepping up to the plate, very much appreciated.
We did just do away with the Expert Aquarist Plaque system, so thats out of the question for now. I dont think it will come back anytime soon if ever, it made people feel uncomfortable and others felt eliteist and all kinds of stuff that isnt warm and fuzzy. Regarding the moderation team, Tyler pretty much summed it up in the post above. We have noticed you lately though being extremely helpful and welcoming and an asset to the community and such, and so I would say that you especially are on the right track. Just keep shining and keep up the good work around here and if and when the time comes, we'll approach you for initiation. |
