..for the site

#1 i think the category for site news and this forum should come first, so members will know when there is new news, and making it a bit more organized IMO.

#2 emoticons. i believe the smilies box is set on random??? so that random smilies are added there- i think you should have it set so that-

• it contains the basic smilies like :( :D and stuff like that, none of the rarely used ones like

i say this because some people may not know the code for and that way they don't have to click [more], also when this here emoticons is up it really screws up the layout of the forum (see attached pic) and looks tacky. i imagine it would also slow down the forum (for slow users) to load that pic and other large smilies.


#3 in the bar on the right, were it says "latest posts", this should also include the amount of topics and replies, to display the activity of the forum, and because this is the layout used by most forums

#4 put the forums under the category "Aquarium Societies, Fish Clubs, and Reef Clubs" under a subforum, these forums imaginabley don't have a large amount of activity and as a subforum, there would be less "scroll space" if ya understand my lang.

I would also suggest a photo forum for posting aquarium photos/vids.

Also the forum seems a bit cluttered, might I recommend using subforums? For instance Creating a "cichlid" forum and placing all of the forums that pertain to cichlids under it as a subforum?
