As most of you know, we have a system on the forums here that when you post a useful thread or make a reply on an existing thread, the other members who like what you posted can click a button that says "Thanks", it looks like this:


To encourage useful posts, we now have a leaderboard of who received the most thanks in the trailing 7 days, at any given moment. If you visit the homepage, you'll see, it looks something like this:

Feel free to try to be listed there. All you need to do is post a lot of useful posts and it'll pretty much happen automatically. And to help your peers who are posting useful comments, please click the "Thanks" button on any post you see that you feel was thoughtful, helpful, kind, or in general where the poster should be thanked for it.
All feedback appreciated and I hope this helps the community become a little more close-knit. I also hope it will encourage more posting by the members. The more information that is shared on the site, the more the rest of the community and hobby overall will benefit. We need information to get out there. Many aquarists have info from their experiences that needs to be documented for future aquarists to learn from.
So please post, post, post.
