Default Temperature converter added

The temperature converter can be found when you click the search link at the top of any page.
That will make it fold out, and you won't loose the page you're on.
I figured that would be a good spot for it, always handy, but never in the way.

It converts Celsius, Fahrenheit, Rankine, Reaumur, and Kelvin into each other.

Enjoy!
