Default My sad fish

I bought an Acei Cichlid last year, and in January of this year he got what looked like pop-eye. I did not treat the tank (trusted my instinct) and waited it out thinking it was just an injury. Sure enough it was. It healed and now he has no eye in that socket. Its so sad to watch him try and breed with his female. He has to chase her and watch her with his good eye. I think it is ruining his chances.
I also have a Haplochromis Venustus (giraffe) and he/she always had this lower mouth problem. Its lower lip is all the way to the side. Its always been like that, and never seemed to have a problem. He/she is the only fish I have named, "Rocky"
