My name is John and was advised to use this site for communication between members of the Gold Coast Aquarium Society. I went to my first meeting last week and found it very enjoyable. Aquariums have been in my family's blood for generations and I guess it came back to me. I am originally from NJ, where Aquarium stores were few and far between and I remember picking up fish from the local store in the dead of winter using a cooler. No problems like that here.
I have a few aquariums I have gotten for free from family and friends. I have 3 set up now with a 35 gallon hex community setup, a 20 gallon turtle tank and a 10 gallon fry tank. My next tank is a 55 gallon that I think will set up with angels but am unsure.
I will use this site for suggestions.
