Found while looking for a DIY fertilizer- or at least, one that costs less than the month's supply for $10 that the pet shops charge for it (Kent):
Minimum Light Threshold | Watts Per Gallon | Rex's Guide to Planted Tanks
- This is the easiest formula I've found- NOTE: not just for 10-gal tanks!
