Hi Josh, thanks for stepping up to the plate, very much appreciated.
We did just do away with the Expert Aquarist Plaque system, so thats out of the question for now. I dont think it will come back anytime soon if ever, it made people feel uncomfortable and others felt eliteist and all kinds of stuff that isnt warm and fuzzy.
Regarding the moderation team, Tyler pretty much summed it up in the post above. We have noticed you lately though being extremely helpful and welcoming and an asset to the community and such, and so I would say that you especially are on the right track. Just keep shining and keep up the good work around here and if and when the time comes, we'll approach you for initiation.
