I was planning on getting a pleco for my new tank and I narrowed the choices down to 2 species, The Clown (Ringlet) pleco, and the Butterfly pleco. Anyway, I would like your opinion on which is better based on:

algae consumption
compatibility with a 29 gallon tank
Sociality (will I actually see it not in hiding in the day)

please feel free to post your opinion and whatever advice or information you'd like.
